(一)基本条件

(二)岗位说明
在公司党委、董事会领导下,根据董事会提出的战略目标,制定符合公司战略目标的工作计划,并开展下列工作:
1.组织制定公司业务发展规划、年度经营计划。
2.建立公司高效的制度管理体系。
3.规范内部管理,组织团队建设。
4.确保完成公司每年制定的经营业绩指标,实现品牌价值提升、产品转型升级、利润持续增长的经营目标。
制定的以上工作规划、计划、措施和方案,经董事会批准后组织实施。
(三)任职资格
1.了解国家宏观经济政策,熟悉国家、行业政策及相关法律法规,具有国际化视野,能够准确把握国内外市场形势和发展动态。
2.熟悉大型企业的组织和运作模式,具有5年以上啤酒、饮料或其他快消行业管理经验,且具有3年以上大型企业高管经历,有本人主导的管理运营成功案例。
3.具有敏锐的市场意识与良好的市场开拓能力,具备较强的解决问题能力与执行力,具有较高的战略规划能力、资源整合能力、资本运作能力、财务分析能力和风险防范能力。
